assistants in community nursing and healthcare

The main missions:

• Ensure basic care and delegated medico-technical care for adults with multiple disabilities and support them in all activities of daily living
• Collaborate in the assessment of the needs of the people being supported, implement, monitor and adapt individualized projects, in consultation with the nursing and interprofessional team
• Promote the quality of life of the people being supported
• Actively participate within the living group in various administrative, maintenance and replenishment tasks for care materials
• Ensure the follow-up of ASSC apprentices under the supervision of a nurse

The essentials of the position:

• CFC d'assistant·e en soins et santé communautaire or training deemed equivalent
• Experience in basic care and delegated medico-technical procedures
• Knowledge of the world of disability
• Flexibility, spirit of collaboration, autonomy and sense of responsibility
