Located in the Pays-d’Enhaut region, our Foundation offers care and support to any person affected in their mental health, within various medico-social establishments (EPSM and EMS). We currently welcome 96 Residents and rely daily on the skills of 135 employees.
To complete the team of the EMS de L’Ours, in Château-d’Oex we are looking for a:
Nurse in psychogeriatrics
between 80% and 100%
Engagement: immediately or to be agreed
Your mission:
Ensure the good organization of the care service as well as a high quality of support
Manage complex care
Coordinate the work of the nursing staff in an equitable manner and respecting each person's skills
Work in a multidisciplinary team and with the network
Desired profile:
Bachelor in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent
Marked interest in psychogeriatrics, a CAS would be an asset
PLEX and PLAISIR Evaluator
Good communication and listening skills
Valid driver's license
Clean criminal record
