Missions ###

• Lead architectural projects, from feasibility to execution
• Design and optimize projects by integrating architectural, technical, and financial challenges
• Prepare and monitor building permit applications until permits are obtained
• Optimize layouts, typologies, and construction solutions to guarantee the quality and profitability of projects
• Supervise project managers and ensure the coordination of the different design phases
• Monitor execution and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and architectural standards

Profile ###

• EPF/HES Architect training, REG A or equivalent, allowing for the signing of inquiry plans in Switzerland. Minimum experience in Switzerland, ideally acquired on large-scale residential projects
• Excellent mastery of architectural design, development phases, and challenges related to realization
• Autonomous, creative, and proactive profile, with a good understanding of the technical and economic challenges of a project
• Very good communication skills and ease in a multidisciplinary environment
• Mastery of Archicad, Adobe, and Office; skills in 3D modeling and rendering appreciated
