Your Role ###

As Operational Risk Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are an experienced individual seeking to contribute to the Bank-s operational risk framework in alignment with FINMA and provide support to the consolidated supervision duty of the Group.

Your Responsibilities ###

• Maintain the operational risk framework, including the following:
• Review and challenge the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the three lines of defense
• Perform test of controls
• Contribute to relevant risk reviews

Your Profile ###

• University degree in Finance or Economics
• 5 years of practical experience in the field of Audit or Operational Risk
• Experience with implementation of regulatory framework and operational risks
• Ability to weight problems and set priorities, excellent organizational skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
• Ability to work with various stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Capacity to work independently
• Fluency in English, very good command of French, fluency in German is an advantage
