The Municipality of Ecublens is looking for a project manager (M/F/D) at 100%, for the Service des bâtiments.

Your profile:

• Holder of an ES technician diploma in building technology, a CFC as a draftsman or a title deemed equivalent.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in project management and construction supervision.
• Good mastery of MS Office tools and CAD software (ArchiCAD and/or AutoCAD).
• Proven skills in managing construction and renovation projects, preparation of tenders, planning and monitoring of works.
• Good knowledge of sustainable construction principles.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, planning and initiative-taking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, while favoring constructive collaboration and a strong team spirit.
• Excellent command of French and good writing skills (reports, notices, etc.).
• Sense of public service and ease in relations with various interlocutors.

Main missions:

• Undertake project manager services related to the construction and renovation of municipal buildings.
• Manage real estate projects and ensure the role of representative of the Client towards contractors and companies.
• Ensure compliance with budgets and schedules.
• Participate in the drafting of proposals, reports and notices.
• Draft service or construction tender documents in compliance with the Law on public procurement.
• Coordinate works with other municipal and inter-municipal services.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to the operation of the service.
