What you can contribute

• Ensure the availability, stability, and security of ICT systems for the F-35A missions
• Analyze complex technical disruptions to determine their origin, treat them within the framework of incident and problem management, and take sustainable preventive measures
• Implement security directives by participating notably in system hardening, vulnerability and patch management, as well as security controls and validations
• Automate and develop system operations (configuration management, deployment and patch processes, monitoring)
• Manage technical coordination with the manufacturer, suppliers, international partners of the F-35A program, and Air Force teams
• Evaluate technical evolutions and change requests (impact on operation, security, and compliance with standards), develop, and implement solutions

What makes you unique

• Bachelor in computer science or equivalent training, several years of experience in operating complex ICT environments subject to high security requirements
• Solid experience in system administration (Windows servers and application environments), including user account management with Active Directory, patch and production deployment management, and application troubleshooting
• Very good knowledge in virtualization, disaster recovery (Hyper-V, VMware), and backup and restoration plans for physical and virtual systems
• In-depth knowledge in network administration, database management, and the implementation of security directives (firewalls, system hardening, vulnerability correction)
• Experience in task automation (e.g., PowerShell, configuration management) and in the analysis and development of technical processes
• Ability to work independently and analytically, active knowledge of a second official language, and good knowledge of technical English

In a few words

Within the F-35A program, you will take care of the ICT systems essential to the use of the fighter jet, a mission for which Switzerland has few specialists. By joining the Cyber Command, you will collaborate closely with the Air Force, the manufacturer, and the international partners of the program. Your work has a direct effect on the operational availability of the Air Force, and therefore on the security of Switzerland.

CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications are an asset. Good knowledge of military command and engagement processes is also appreciated. As systems operate 24/7, on-call service and weekend interventions are to be expected.
Category B driver's license is required for travel between sites.
