Estimator/building technician 100% permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Participate in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project
• Analyze plans and specifications to establish accurate quotes
• Prepare offers and propose technical and financial optimizations
• Write reports and ensure administrative follow-up of offers and contracts
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to adjust estimates
• Calculate costs of materials, labor, and equipment necessary for projects

Profile

• CFC in building drafting, ES technician in construction management
• Proven experience in a similar position (estimator, building technician,...)
• Proficiency in French, another language is an asset
• Proficiency in standard, calculation, and drawing software
• Analytical mind, precision, and ability to optimize costs
• Autonomy, rigor, and good interpersonal skills to work with the various project stakeholders
