On behalf of one of our clients active in the field of building technology and energy solutions, we are looking for an HVAC Project Manager to support the development of various projects in the fields of heating, ventilation, and cooling.

Mission: ##

• Ensure complete management of HVAC projects, from study to commissioning.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders and trades involved in the projects.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Plan resources, deadlines, and the various stages of mandates.
• Ensure the administrative, technical, and financial follow-up of entrusted business.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
• Propose high-performance technical solutions meeting client needs and market developments.

Profile ##

• ES Technician diploma, Engineer, or equivalent training in the field of HVAC, energy, or building technology.
• Proven experience in the design and monitoring of HVAC projects in buildings or industrial environments.
• First successful experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of standards and regulations applicable to the sector.
• Ease in the financial and administrative follow-up of mandates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or a BIM environment appreciated.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
