Your mission

• Customer complaints and corrective actions - Manage complaint resolution, reporting of corrective actions, and cross-functional collaboration
• Reliability and risk analysis - Perform MTBF assessments, failure rate assessments, and risk mitigation strategies
• Supplier and process quality - Ensure material compliance, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Product development & compliance - Contribute to FMEA assessments, internal audits, and compliance with quality standards
• Training & knowledge sharing - Train teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologies

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, micromechanics, physics, or an equivalent field
• Initial experience in development, production, or supply chain in the semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace industry would be an asset
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, 8D, Seven quality tools, etc.)
• Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards
• Good proficiency in Excel
• Fluent English, written and spoken
