Assista Protection juridique SA is a company of the Touring Club Suisse and one of the leading legal protection insurers. We provide high-quality services and professional assistance to our policyholders in private, traffic, property, travel, business, and internet legal protection. For our Legal Competence Center for French-speaking Switzerland, in Geneva (Vernier), we wish to hire, from 1 August 2026 until 31 July 2027, a reliable and motivated jurist or lawyer who enjoys actively defending the interests of our policyholders.

Your challenges:

• On one hand, you defend the interests of our policyholders in cases in collaboration with external lawyers in Switzerland and throughout the world.
• On the other hand, you manage internal mandates independently.
• You have frequent contact with our policyholders, with authorities, and with insurance companies.

What you bring:

• You have a solid university background in Swiss law.
• You hold the Swiss lawyer's patent.
• Preferably, you benefit from experience at the bar or have worked within an insurance company or an administration.
• You are capable of managing a large number of files and know how to show initiative.
• You work with rigor, speed, and independently.
• You enjoy human contact and teamwork.
• Your very good linguistic skills allow you to manage files in French and German.
