With more than 20 years of experience as a Recruiter in Geneva, I am active in the tertiary sector throughout Romandie with clients such as industrial, banking, and financial companies, law firms, family offices, fiduciaries, watchmaking establishments, and with a specialty in real estate structures.

On behalf of a real estate establishment in Lausanne, I am looking for:

Real Estate Accountant M/F

Tasks:

• Independently maintain the accounting of buildings from A-Z including closing work
• Account for the entries and exits of mandates
• Prepare specific reporting for clients
• Collaborate with and assist real estate managers

Profile:

• You have completed basic commercial training
• You have successfully completed continuing education in the financial field and/or have at least 2 /3 years of professional experience.
• Writing proficiency in French, knowledge of foreign languages is an asset
• You are solution-oriented and immediately tackle the challenges to be met
• You work independently and precisely
