Real Estate Accountant

As part of the development of our activities and in order to strengthen an existing and very professional service, we are looking for

a 100% Accountant

General mission:

Ensure, under the guidance of a department head, all accounting operations related to the company.

Complementary missions:

• Preparation of year-end closings for managed properties
• Analysis and closing of heating/hot water statements, responding to various tenant requests regarding statements
• Posting of accounting entries (collection of rents ...) and reconciliation of cash accounts
• Reconciliation of accrual accounts
• Management and payment of supplier invoices
• Informing owners (clients) regarding their account status
• Management of owner accounts in separate cash management
• Various correspondence

Required profile:

Accounting experience in a real estate agency indispensable,

Experience in real estate management using Quorum,

Commercial maturity, university degree or training deemed equivalent,

Very good organizational and operational skills,

Perfect mastery of IT tools allowing for autonomous operation (WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL, INTERNET, QUORUM...),

Perfect knowledge of the French language (spoken and written),

Dynamic and motivated person, capable of quickly integrating into an existing team,

Sense of teamwork,

Aptitude to manage stressful situations,

Swiss or valid permit.
