What you make happen
Management of the sites and leadership of the personnel under your responsibility
Supervision of the cadence of the qualitative and quantitative processing of files
Regular evaluation of client services and implementation of improvement measures
Planning of personnel needs
Budget responsibility
Coordination and maintenance of regular contacts as well as collaboration with the various authorities and with the Unia union
What you bring
CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training, federal diploma or higher education (HES, Uni) is a plus
Training in the field of management and confirmed experience of at least 3 years in leading a large team
Marked interest in unemployment insurance as well as in social insurance
Perfect mastery of the French language, comfortable with common IT tools. Knowledge of a second national language is a plus
Possessing very good listening and communication skills, and good emotional mastery
Possessing good resistance to stress and proven analytical and synthesis skills
Taste for public service and high social sensitivity in connection with our activities and our values
Main place of work: Sion - Place du Midi 21 with regular travel to the other payment offices
