The EMS du Mandement comprise several institutions. La Villa and La Résidence Mandement, both in Satigny, are part of them and house 75 residents. The first welcomes 30 residents who are not of AVS age and suffering from psychic or psychiatric disorders; the other welcomes 45 residents of AVS age. Our philosophy is based on multidisciplinary collaboration.

The housekeeping service consists of the cleaning, hotel, and laundry sectors. It maintains close links with the technical service and the kitchen brigade (Eldora). The team consists of approximately 20 people.

For this service, we are looking for a housekeeper in a permanent contract (CDI) between 80% and 100%, the start date is to be agreed upon.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Successfully carry out the service objectives defined in common with the general management ;
• Exercise leadership in service of the teams and instill a positive and motivating spirit ;
• Ensure the management and allocation of team members and material resources according to the workload and needs ;
• Assume various managerial tasks: team management, communication, appraisal interviews, monitoring absences, etc.
• Occasionally participate in the various tasks of the service in support of the teams ;
• Work multidisciplinarily with the other EMS teams in order to ensure optimal support for the Residents ;
• Maintain respectful and warm contact with the Residents and their relatives ;
• Organize and participate in institutional events: family celebrations, Christmas, etc. which may take place on weekends ;
• Ensure warm decoration in connection with the season
• Monitor the general state of the premises, stock, and orders ;
• Organize and participate in various colloquiums.

Profile sought

YOU POSSESS

• A diploma in hospitality or equivalent ;
• Leadership, interpersonal skills, creativity and emotional intelligence ;
• Proven experience in team management ;
• Confirmed experience (minimum 2 to 5 years) in EMS ;
• A good capacity for adaptation, organization and stress management ;
• A solution orientation and a good capacity to lead change ;
• Proven experience in team planning (time management), knowledge of Polypoint is a plus.
