Job Description ##

The objective of this mission is to identify opportunities for improvement regarding organization, processes, tool usage, and time management in order to increase efficiency, productivity, and collaboration within the teams.

• Conduct a complete diagnostic of the Marketing and Sales team organization.
• Map existing processes and analyze workflows between the different stakeholders.
• Evaluate the use of tools, systems, and platforms currently in place (CRM, marketing tools, reporting, collaboration, etc.).
• Analyze time allocation and activity distribution to identify low-value-added tasks.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and field observations with teams and managers.
• Identify sources of inefficiency, duplicates, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or simplification.
• Formulate pragmatic recommendations aimed at improving operational efficiency and collective performance.
• Build action plans and support their implementation with the relevant teams.
• Define and monitor performance indicators to measure the gains obtained.
• Ensure change management with the different stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Higher education in management, organization, business administration, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in organizational consulting, operational excellence, process transformation, or continuous improvement.
• Experience in complex international environments.
• Strong analytical skills regarding processes, organizations, and digital tools.
• Excellent skills in workshop facilitation, project management, and change management support.
• Ability to influence interlocutors of different hierarchical levels.
• Fluent French and English.
