IT Technician 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission workstations, copiers, and IT peripherals
• Perform necessary network configurations and ensure equipment troubleshooting
• Intervene on client IT infrastructures and networks
• Provide remote and telephone technical support for users
• Diagnose technical incidents and assist users in their resolution
• Perform on-site interventions and guarantee quality local service
• Ensure follow-up, documentation, and reporting of interventions performed
• Participate in projects for evolution, improvement, and maintenance of IT infrastructures

Profile

• Training in IT (CFC, ES, HES or title deemed equivalent)
• Significant professional experience in the field as well as in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and peripherals
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and workstation administration
• Mastery of LAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN networks as well as network equipment
• Ability to quickly analyze technical problems and propose suitable solutions
• Ease in contact with users and customer service orientation
• Autonomous, organized, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality
• Driving license indispensable
