We are looking for, for our client, a:
PPE Administrator
Missions:
Administrative and technical management of co-owned properties
Conducting meetings
Providing information to owners
Profile:
CFC as a commercial employee, profile or title deemed equivalent
Federal diploma of property manager (= an asset)
Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience as a PPE manager
Mastery of tenancy law and PPE regulations
Good knowledge of MS-Office
Good legal knowledge (CO, CC and LP)
Competent person, good negotiator, self-confident, customer and result oriented
