MECHANICAL PARTS QUALITY CONTROLLER ###

All our machines are designed specifically for our customers, so each product is unique. Today, we collaborate with customers distributed across 22 countries throughout the world and we have 8 subsidiaries distributed in Europe, Brazil, Japan and Australia.

In this capacity, we wish to welcome a Quality Controller with the aim of completing our Supplier Quality Assurance team.

THIS OPPORTUNITY INVOLVES SEVERAL TASKS INCLUDING: ####

. Performing dimensional and visual controls using conventional instruments according to the technical file
. Verifying certificates of conformity, material analyses and other technical documents
. Writing inspection reports according to the technical file
. Establishing non-conformities and processing corrective and preventive actions in close collaboration with business experts
. Writing inspection reports and maintaining inspection files
. Providing support in the processing of incidents during the manufacturing of our products
. Performing NDT under the responsibility of the referent
. Assistance in metrology
. Reading technical plans
. Representing the company to subcontractors, suppliers and supervisory bodies
. Collaborating with the Production, Technical Office and Purchasing departments

IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO ENSURE THE BEST POSSIBLE COLLABORATION, WE IMPERATIVELY REQUIRE: ####

. CFC mechanic or equivalent
. Professional Baccalaureate or BTS or equivalent
. 3 years minimum of experience as a Controller on complex parts
. English level B1

ASSETS YOU MAY HAVE: ####

. TQ1, TQ2 training is a great asset
. Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard
. Use of Sage X3
. Knowledge of non-destructive testing

TOOLS USED FOR THIS POSITION: ####

. Office 365
. Inspection software
