The Domaine parascolaire lausannois has been in constant development for several years. The new concept for Lausanne after-school care brings new challenges and objectives within the structures. New services (holidays, homework support), new age groups (1-2P) and new missions (inclusion, neighborhood) are among the major axes of development for the coming years. The Domaine parascolaire is committed to developing quality services, focused on the neighborhood, and proposing solidary and participatory pedagogical projects.

In order to strengthen the supervision of the teams and to support the director in their responsibilities, we are advertising a position for an assistant or assistant manager at 50% for the APEMS de Belvédère.

Located in the Beaulieu/Prélaz sector, southwest of the city of Lausanne, this sector includes 10 after-school structures and concerns more than a thousand families.

In close collaboration with the director, the assistant manager contributes to the smooth running of the structure, to the support of the team and to the implementation of the orientations of the Domaine parascolaire. Through their presence with the professionals, their ability to unite, and their perspective on practices, the job holder actively contributes to guaranteeing a quality, secure and inclusive welcome for children.

Main mission(s) ###

Assist the management in the implementation of the mission, the animation of institutional life and the smooth running of the after-school care

Accompany the educational teams in the daily care of children and the link with families

Participate in certain services within the educational team

Implement and ensure the monitoring and development of the structure's pedagogical concept

Develop and maintain partnerships with external actors, and collaborate transversally with the entire Service

Profile ###

HES or ES diploma recognized by the LAJE (Loi sur l'accueil de jour de l'enfance)

CAS in team management and project management, an asset

Minimum 4 years of professional educational experience in the field of childhood since obtaining the prerequisite title

Confirmed professional experience in team management, an asset

Professional experience in the participatory development of pedagogical projects

Mastery of professional issues and policies related to childcare

Proven organizational skills

Aptitude for leadership and team spirit

Systemic vision and critical thinking

Excellent mastery of MS Office tools
