MV-LV Operations Manager (f/m) 100%

Profile

• Federal Diploma of Electrical Network Specialist or willing to undergo this training.
• Experience in electrical networks and their configurations.
• Proficiency in using office tools. SAP is an asset.
• Rigor, very good organization and planning in the execution of one's work.
• Sense of collaboration, interpersonal skills and ease of contact.
• Driving license indispensable.
• Availability and geographic proximity (on-call service).

Responsibilities

• Receive newly installed infrastructures on the network, check their compliance and proceed with their integration into the network.
• Monitor and measure the quality of network supply, analyze results to determine if they are within standards. Find solutions to improve unfavorable situations.
• Be the guarantor of the various data entered into our network management systems.
• Ensure 24h/24h troubleshooting of the MV, LV and Smart network, in collaboration with fellow troubleshooting colleagues and the Control Center.
• Locate faults on the networks and organize troubleshooting.
• Establish and carry out MV-LV switching orders.
• Ensure technical relations with customers and public administrations in the assigned sector.
• Lead the implementation work of new connections and modifications to infrastructures transmitted by the Asset.
