Job Description ##

• You support clients and partners throughout the lifecycle of financing files.
• You ensure a role as a privileged interlocutor for clients, suppliers, and partners.
• You coordinate the different stages of the files, from the issuance of the offer to the contracting phase.
• You guarantee the quality and administrative compliance of the files.
• You provide daily support to the sales teams and actively contribute to customer satisfaction.
• You respond to client requests with reactivity and professionalism.
• You manage complex files requiring rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
• You participate in the processing of matters related to insurance and the administrative follow-up of contracts.
• You collaborate closely with national teams

• You have proven successful experience in customer relations in a B2B environment, ideally in services.
• You possess an excellent ability to manage several files simultaneously with method and precision.
• You demonstrate a strong customer orientation and an excellent sense of service.
• You enjoy daily exchanges with various interlocutors and know how to create relationships of trust.
• You demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and a real team spirit.
• You possess a commercial flair and developed relational intelligence.
• You have perfect mastery of French (C1), German (B2) and/or English (C1)
