VSD Performance Control Operator (M/F)

Are you comfortable in an industrial environment and do you like working with precision? Do you want to work in VSD and participate in the performance monitoring of high-precision production?

Your missions:
Ensure the control and monitoring of production equipment performance.
Monitor the proper functioning of installations and machines.
Perform in-process controls and note any anomalies.
Control the conformity of parts according to defined criteria.
Follow production indicators and report deviations.
Identify production drifts or problems and transmit the information to the relevant persons.
Perform visual and dimensional controls using appropriate measurement tools.
Enter production data and ensure its traceability.
Participate in performance improvement and the resolution of problems encountered.
Respect quality procedures, safety instructions, and production objectives.

Your profile:
First experience in an industrial or watchmaking environment.
Experience in quality control, production, or performance monitoring is a real asset.
Comfortable with IT tools and data entry.
Good understanding of production processes.
Comfortable with control and measurement tools.
Analytical mindset and ability to quickly detect anomalies.
Rigorous, autonomous person attentive to details.
Good ability to concentrate.
Team spirit and good communication skills.
Available to work in VSD shifts.
