Quality / aesthetic Controller

Desired profile :

• Proven experience in the quality control of machined parts, ideally in a microtechnical, watchmaking or precision environment. * Ability to perform both aesthetic inspections as well as technical and dimensional inspections. * Rigorous, autonomous, methodical person who is comfortable in a production environment. * Good analytical skills, clear communication and ability to collaborate with production teams. Main responsibilities :
• Perform aesthetic and dimensional inspections of machined microtechnical parts according to drawings, ranges and quality criteria. + Perform in-process inspections and final inspections to guarantee the conformity of components. + Use appropriate measuring tools: caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, measuring column, profile projector or optical equipment. + Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensional and geometric tolerances as well as the + Ensure the correct use of control means and compliance with procedures, instructions and quality requirements.
