La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of persons whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their life process.

We are looking for our establishment EMS Montchoisi in Orbe, which welcomes 84 Persons and which is specialized in the field of late-life psychiatry and geriatrics:

Regardless of their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common will: to support Persons daily to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the Persons.

As an assistant in community nursing and health, you will be required to supervise and accompany Persons in daily life and will take part in their support as a whole by evaluating their physical, psychic, social, and spiritual needs. You will participate in the development of support projects and will perform medico-delegated acts under the delegation of the registered nurse and will know how to prioritize interprofessional collaboration. In addition, you will participate in the supervision of new professionals, apprentices, and interns of the support service.

• CFC as an assistant in community nursing and health
• You have an interest in the medico-social field and more particularly geriatrics
• Your attitude is centered on the well-being of the Person
• You are flexible, adaptable, and organized
• Communication, team spirit, and the ability to question oneself are qualities that define you
• You master usual IT tools (Carefolio) and have a perfect mastery of the French language
