Business Developer – Suisse romande

As part of its development, Boissec SA is looking for a Business Developer to accelerate its growth and strengthen its presence with key players in construction and real estate in Suisse romande.

1. Main objectives of the position:

• Develop turnover in Suisse romande in a sustainable and profitable manner.
• Identify and conquer new clients, markets and projects.
• Detect projects upstream and develop the specification/recommendation of Boissec SA.
• Achieve the set turnover and margin objectives.
• Represent Boissec SA in an active and professional manner on the market.

1. Your responsibilities:

• Active market prospecting.
• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, specifiers and commercial partners.
• Identify high-potential construction, renovation and fit-out projects.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations until the business is finalized.
• Ensure market, competition and new project monitoring.
• Ensure structured follow-up of opportunities, visits and actions in the CRM.
• Participate in client events and professional events.

1. Your profile:

• Successful experience in B2B business development, ideally in construction and/or real estate ;
• Solid existing professional network in Suisse romande, particularly with architects, clients/owners, general contractors and real estate investors ;
• Excellent knowledge of the Romand economic fabric and decision-making processes ;
• Strong developer temperament: prospecting, opening doors, negotiation and closing ;
• Autonomy, organization, perseverance and results orientation ;
• Driver's license ;
• Technical training in carpentry, cabinetmaking or construction ;
• Proficiency in standard IT tools and CRM - An asset.
