Do you like to organize, coordinate and be at the heart of the action?

A recognized player in joinery in Geneva, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Planning & Coordination Assistant to ensure the organization and follow-up of interventions with real estate agencies.

Your missions

• Plan appointments with tenants.
• Coordinate the schedule of installation technicians.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up and invoicing of interventions.
• Be the preferred contact for real estate agencies and tenants.

Your profile

• Organized, rigorous and reactive.
• Comfortable on the phone and in priority management.
• Good sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Mastery of IT tools.
• Experience in construction, real estate or after-sales service is an asset.
