Introduction

For an architecture firm, we are looking for a committed personality to take over the coordination and supervision of construction sites, working closely with the project teams and the executing companies

Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Tasks

• Independent management and supervision of construction sites from preparation to construction acceptance
• Preparation of tenders as well as analysis and comparison of offers
• Planning and coordination of the assignments of companies and various trades
• Ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, quality standards and applicable regulations
• Organization and management of construction meetings as well as writing the meeting minutes
• Maintaining a trusting cooperation with clients, companies and project partners
• Guaranteeing efficient communication between all project participants

Profile

• Training as a Construction Manager or an equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in tendering and construction management
• German as a native language as well as good French skills (level B1-B2)
• Structured, independent and responsible way of working
• Team-oriented personality with strong communication and organizational skills
