We are looking for a male or female collaborator for a fixed-term employment contract of three years for the extra-familial care sector (SMA). The SMA is the supervisory authority for extra-familial care structures and is responsible for their evaluation, authorization, supervision, and advice. In this versatile and meaningful field of activity, you will be able to utilize and develop your social and professional skills within a committed and motivated team. Your tasks

• Evaluation, authorization, and supervision of extra-familial care structures in accordance with the provisions of the federal ordinance on the placement of children
• Information and advice for extra-familial care structures

Desired profile

• Master or Bachelor in social work or recognized equivalent training
• Professional experience and/or in-depth knowledge in the field of extra-familial care structures
• Interest in the fields of child protection
• Ability to analyze complex situations
• Sense of organization, high resistance to stress, team spirit
• Good writing skills
• Driver's license required
• Perfect command of German orally and in writing as well as excellent knowledge of French
