Maintenance Technician

Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician:

• Control and manage the preventive maintenance action plan of the residence
• Monitor the efficient use of energy and resources.
• Undertake plumbing, carpentry, painting, decoration, electricity, and mechanical engineering work necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems.
• Ensure that all work undertaken is carried out safely and in accordance with procedures
• Respond to all maintenance requests by order of priority defined by the establishment or on your own initiative, in close collaboration with operational teams.
• Perform all required internal training for staff members
• Ensure that adequate spare parts are maintained and used efficiently in order to maintain a high and constant level of maintenance quality.
• Manage stocks efficiently
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the technical configuration of the establishment with a complete record of tests and routines.
• Ensure proper compliance with all policies related to the statutory establishment, health and safety hygiene policies, fire regulations, etc., in force in the canton of Genève for hotel establishments
• Constantly develop and improve the maintenance service
• Commit to constantly improving the efficiency of the technical systems installed in the residence, and overall energy consumption by staying up to date with new technologies or new available processes.
• Be proactive in proposing ways to improve quality results and achieve set objectives.
• Supervise and control the activity of intervening companies.
• Replace the Technical and Safety Manager during his leave and holidays.
