For one of our clients, based in the canton of Fribourg, we are actively looking for a:

Industrial support technician (M/F)

Your mission:

• Ensure maintenance and level 2 support of IT equipment integrated into production means
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to IT workstations, business applications, and industrial network infrastructures
• Configure workstations connected to machine tools, workbenches, and measuring devices
• Parameterize industrial networks necessary for the transfer of machining programs and data exchange
• Implement and configure network equipment as well as internal communication applications
• Assist suppliers during remote maintenance operations on industrial equipment
• Participate in deployment and evolution projects of IT solutions in an industrial environment

Your profile:

• CFC in IT or equivalent training
• Confirmed experience in level 2 industrial support
• Good understanding of technical IT, notably networks, hardware, software, security systems, and automation
• Knowledge of production means and industrial communication protocols
• Experience in participating in projects in an industrial environment
• Certification in IT service management, an asset
• Technical versatility and ability to adapt quickly to varied technologies
• Ease in communication, team spirit, and strong customer orientation
• Rigor, organizational skills, proactivity, and resistance to stress
