Job Description ##

• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations
• Monitoring and optimizing accounting processes
• Support with budgeting and financial planning
• Cooperation with internal and external partners, including tax advisors and auditors
• Maintenance and analysis of financial data
• Responsibility for account reconciliation and dunning management
• Support with projects in the area of financial management

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Proficiency in closing according to OR
• Sound knowledge of financial accounting
• Experience in using accounting software
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
• A structured and precise way of working
• Enjoyment of numbers and analytical thinking skills
