On behalf of one of our partners in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for a Quality Technician (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will analyze manufacturing deviations and manage all non-conformities in the sector.
• You will define and deploy control standards in close synergy with support services.
• You will lead continuous improvement projects and support the self-control approach with the workshop teams.
• You will ensure the monitoring of quality key performance indicators (KPI).
• You will ensure the availability and correct calibration of measuring resources and metrological tools.
• You will lead problem-solving workshops and supervise corrective measures.
• You will develop control ranges based on the existing framework.

Your profile:

• You hold an ES Technician diploma in microtechnics (or an equivalent training).
• You benefit from several years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
• You know the watchmaking sector and the manufacturing of precision components (TQ1 training is an appreciated asset).
• You master the usual problem-solving methodologies as well as the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus).
• You demonstrate solid analytical, rigor, and methodical organization skills.
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, an assertive collaborative spirit, and great adaptability in the field.
