In order to complete our purchasing department team, we are looking for a Purchasing Assistant (procurement) at 100 % ----------------------------------------------------- ### Your mission: You are the interface between suppliers and the company. You respond to problems encountered, propose solutions and participate in the development of the procurement department. ### Your main tasks: * Monitoring of item data sheets * Management of minimum stocks in collaboration with logistics and sales * Management of orders, verification of order confirmations and reminders to suppliers * Entry of supplier invoices upon receipt of goods * Management of claims with suppliers in case of delivery problems * Requesting and monitoring supplier lead times * Requesting quotes from suppliers * Communication with the sales department for the monitoring of delivery times * Contacts with suppliers for the return of defective goods or in case of delivery error * Monitoring of supplier invoices for VAT ### Your profile: * CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent * Proven professional experience in the field of procurement * French: native language * Good knowledge of English and German desired * Very good overview, good management of priorities and rigor * Punctuality, seriousness, autonomy, flexibility, mobility and resistance to stress ### Are you our future colleague?
