At the heart of our logistics operations, you take responsibility for a strategic perimeter by guaranteeing the performance, quality, and safety of activities. As Warehouse Logistics Team Leader, you supervise and develop your team while optimizing flows, processes, and tools, in a logic of continuous improvement and value creation for the department.

Main responsibilities

• Supervise, train, recruit, and develop the perimeter team
• Guarantee operational performance and the quality of logistics activities
• Ensure exemplary behavior regarding safety and compliance with standards
• Develop and optimize logistics flows, processes, and tools
• Define, analyze, and monitor key performance indicators (KPI)
• Ensure transparent and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders

Profile

• CFC in logistics, ES in business processes, Federal Diploma in logistics or equivalent training
• Proven experience in managing a logistics team
• Practical knowledge of SAP
• Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of English and/or German
