Room-service Chef de rang (H/F)
Workplace: Lausanne Palace
Start date:
Contract type: Fixed-term Contract
Responsibilities
Perform breakfast, lunch and dinner services
Perform all setups for service
Perform clearing on the floors
Perform the setups and the "Welcome" service
Organize and control the cleaning of equipment and workspaces
Perform the training of interns and commis
Profile sought
You are a graduate in hotel-restaurant management (BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC PRO, CFC or equivalent).
You benefit from a first significant experience in room service or catering within a high-end hotel.
You speak French and English fluently; a third language is a plus.
You are comfortable with usual IT tools (Word, Excel, Micros).
You are organized, dynamic, with an excellent sense of detail and a strong team spirit.
Of an elegant and professional nature, you are ready for the Palace experience.
