We wish to recruit an Industrial Automation Specialist – Pharmaceutical – Permanent Position 100%

Mission :

In this position, you ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and compliance of computerized production systems, industrial automation platforms, and production networks.

As the site expert in automation and computerized systems, you will provide technical support to operations, lead and contribute to technical improvement projects, and participate in the continuous development of industrial digitalization solutions in a pharmaceutical production environment.

Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Manage and maintain computerized systems in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Administer industrial IT infrastructures and the site's production networks.
• Ensure the administration and lifecycle management of computerized systems for production equipment.
• Review audit trails and support compliance activities.
• Lead and participate in projects related to industrial IT, automation, and industrial digitalization.
• Maintain technical documentation and quality procedures related to computerized systems and networks.
• Act as a local technical interface with corporate teams in IT, telecommunications, and automation.
• Provide expertise on programmable logic controllers (PLC), servers, vision systems, printing systems, and industrial software platforms.
• Manage maintenance contracts related to computerized systems.

Profile :
------------

• Degree in automation engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in another highly regulated environment, such as the chemical or microelectronics industry.
• Solid knowledge of industrial automation systems, particularly Siemens S7 controllers, TIA Portal software, and SCADA systems (iFIX/FIX32).
• Good mastery of industrial IT infrastructures, including networks, Windows domains, servers, and VMware environments.
• Rigorous mindset, oriented towards quality and compliance.
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Good command of French and English.
