In order to ensure the consistency of the quality of our products and guarantee compliance with food safety standards, we are looking for immediately or by agreement: a quality assurance manager at 80%
Your main tasks:
Manage and maintain the quality assurance of our three sites
Maintenance of certifications (AOP, Bio, FSSC)
Administrative follow-up of quality assurance measures
Monitoring of product quality and food safety
Maintain and guarantee the hygiene and functioning of the FSSC 22000 and HACCP quality system
Maintain standards within production and operations
Follow-up of complaints and quality non-conformities on products
Creation of product labels and creation of barcodes
Control and validation of product data sheets and product labels
Monitoring and management of packaging stock (cartons, sachets, labels, etc)
Taking and monitoring microbial analyses (in collaboration with a laboratory)
Your profile:
CFC in culinary arts or training in the food industry
Having successful QA experience of at least 2 years in the agri-food industry is an asset
Good knowledge of food safety audits
Good knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and HACCP standards
Knowledge of legislation relating to labeling
French native speaker
Good knowledge of German and English (oral and written) is an asset
Proficiency in MS Office IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of Espera, GoLabel and QLabel software is an asset
Proficiency in usual quality tools
Interest in quality
Flexible, available, autonomous, with ability to lead and persuasive
Sense of organization and responsibility
Holder of a driver's license
Residing in Nord Vaudois is an asset
