Job Description ##

• You support, coach, and develop the skills of your team on a daily basis.
• You create a positive and unifying dynamic around commercial objectives.
• You analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective action plans.
• You contribute to the increase in sales and the acquisition of new clients and partners.
• You participate in customer loyalty and implement actions to limit cancellations.
• You represent a model of commercial excellence and also intervene in the field when necessary.
• You collaborate closely with management in order to support the development of the activity.

The Successful Applicant ##

• You benefit from 2 to 5 years of experience in a commercial function.
• Experience in the sport, fitness, well-being, or service sectors is an asset.
• You have already demonstrated your ability to supervise, motivate, or support a team.
• You possess a true leader temperament and know how to unite around common objectives.
• You speak French (C1) and English (C1) fluently.
• You demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and a strong spirit of conquest.
• You are results-oriented and enjoy fast-paced environments.
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of customer service.
