What awaits you? ##

• Supervise, support and develop a team of 5 specialists in the Credit Office and credit administration
• Foster constructive collaboration between the Front Office and the Credit Office in a logic of quality, efficiency and risk management
• Analyze, control and validate credit files in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Make credit decisions within the framework of assigned delegations of authority
• Validate and/or perform real estate appraisals
• Advise and support Front Office teams in the structuring and monitoring of financing
• Ensure the periodic monitoring of corporate client commitments and the analysis of financial statements
• Ensure the proper application of regulations and internal directives
• Participate in the continuous improvement of financing and risk management processes
• Depending on evolution prospects, progressively assume the deputy role for the head of the services sector

What do you bring? ##

• Completed banking training
• Proven experience in private and corporate client financing
• Higher education (HEG, HES, University or legal field) is an asset
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to unite a team
