We are recruiting, for a recognized fiduciary in the Fribourg area,
an internal part-time Accountant ####

capable of taking charge, with rigor and autonomy, of the various accounting tasks related to the internal management of the structure.

Within a young, dynamic, and committed team, you will hold a central function, with a complete and concrete scope of activity, in which your sense of organization and your reliability will make a difference.

Job Description ##

Your tasks (non-exhaustive list): ####

• Management and recording of current entries
• Monitoring of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
• Processing of expense reports
• Recording of salaries and social security contributions
• Carrying out quarterly and annual closings
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Tax returns for legal entities
• Management of reminders and litigation
• Entry of bank documents for the pension foundation

During absences in the team - replacements:

• Development of dashboards (reminders, provisions, liquidity, etc...)
• Processing of collections

Desired Profile ##

You are a methodical, conscientious person capable of working in an efficient and structured manner.
You appreciate environments in which you have autonomy, trust, and colleagues you can count on.
In the team (4), each person manages their companies but provides backup in case of holidays or absences.

Ideally, you possess:

• a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent title
• a specialized accountant diploma: this is an asset!
• initial experience in a similar position
• excellent command of French
• good knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, M-Files)
• knowledge of WinEUR, a plus!
• a good sense of priorities and a real attention to detail

Offered Conditions ##

• activity rate: 60% maximum
• start date: 1 October ideally
• gross annual salary at 100%: approx. CHF 78'000.- (at 85K), to be agreed according to profile
• 5 weeks of vacation
• 4 additional days of leave offered
• annual closure between Christmas and New Year
• attractive pension fund
• annual bonus in September
• 13th month salary in December
• parking space possible depending on availability
