Your mission :

You will hold a multi-tasking position and will need to demonstrate versatility.

You will assist the HR manager in personnel administrative management; you will be autonomous in various HR-related procedures. But also, commercial secretariat: quotes, invoices, official sheets…

You will be in charge of routine secretarial tasks and management assistance (various correspondence, mail processing, telephony, filing, ordering equipment, hotel reservation, etc.).

Only major challenge: being the reference person and coordinator of the ISO process.

Your profile :

You possess a CFC as a commercial employee, or equivalent

You have worked several years in a similar positionYou are not afraid of change, and like to contribute your part to the building

Through mastery of your environment and the resulting tasks, you demonstrate logic and will know how to anticipate the recurring needs of your management and take related initiatives

You are resistant to stress, know how to and like to work under urgencyYou are able to define and redefine priorities

You master usual computer software and learning management software does not intimidate you

You possess good writing skills in French

You are organized, autonomous and rigorous in the management of your office

You are a positive person having interpersonal skills
