Your role ####

• Supporting MOB project managers and other railway companies in all legal aspects related to the management of infrastructure projects and public procurement.
• Supporting project managers for legal questions relating to their project(s).
• Generally ensuring the compliance of project management processes and procedures with legal bases.
• Performing formal control of files for the plan approval procedure.
• Elaborating and/or verifying all agreements necessary for the projects entrusted (including in the field of land and rights acquisitions).
• Ensuring legal support for all questions related to public procurement and the resulting contracts.
• Accomplishing legal tasks entrusted by the secretary general and reporting to them.

The profile we are looking for ####

• Holder of a master's degree in law, you benefit from experience in the field of railway approval procedures, public procurement, or labor law and social insurance.
• Organized, precise and reliable, you are motivated by quality work within deadlines.
• Possessing interpersonal and writing ease, you have very good analytical and systemic thinking skills.
• Native French speaker, you have a minimum level of B2 in German.
