We are looking for an experienced and proactive Apsys Core Banking Specialist to join our IT team and ensure the stability, reliability, and availability of our core banking systems.

About you

You have solid experience with the Apsys core banking platform in a production environment, a good understanding of daily banking system operations, and a problem-solving oriented attitude. The projects you will work on are not theoretical cases; you will need to demonstrate imagination to provide the best solutions, as well as practical experience in production support, system monitoring, and operational stability, ensuring that critical banking services remain available and reliable. Required skills

• Experience in managing and monitoring daily and end-of-day batch processing, including troubleshooting failed tasks, dependencies, and processing errors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on applications, backend services, databases, servers, and integrations, with the ability to investigate issues across multiple technical layers.
• Experience in incident and problem management, including root cause analysis, coordination with technical teams, and resolution of problems in production.
• Practical experience in supporting application deployments, production releases, patches, updates, and routine maintenance in controlled production environments.
• Good understanding of server and application configurations, including log review, services, system resources, connectivity, and backend access.
• Operational knowledge of database operations and health monitoring, with the ability to investigate application and data-related issues in collaboration with database teams.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting system integrations, interfaces, APIs, file transfers, and communications between banking and external systems.
• Familiarity with user and backend access management, security controls, and operational procedures in regulated or financial services environments.
• Ability to work autonomously across different technical domains while effectively coordinating with infrastructure, database, development, security, and business teams.
• Strong operational orientation with a focus on availability, stability, performance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement of systems.
