In a modern and structured professional environment, you will be the main contact for your client portfolio and will guarantee reliable, compliant, and solution-oriented accounting.

As a Fiduciary Accountant, you will take charge of the complete accounting management of a client portfolio.

Your main missions:

• Ensure the complete accounting management of a client portfolio.
• Perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and account monitoring.
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial reporting, as well as ad hoc analyses.
• Process supplier invoices and proceed with the execution of payments.
• Prepare and establish financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Perform VAT filings and ensure tax declarations
• Perform administrative tasks related to files and maintain a regular and high-quality client relationship.
• Participate in the continuous optimization of internal processes and their digitalization.
• Contribute to team mutual aid and cross-functional collaboration within the fiduciary.

Profile sought

-Federal Diploma of specialized finance and accounting / fiduciary agent: highly appreciated (obtained or in the process of finalization).
-4 years minimum of experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland, with mastery of local specificities (VAT, standards, taxation).

• Strong sense of customer service, capable of advising and accompanying SMEs proactively.
• Excellent mastery of French, good level of English; German = significant asset.
• Versatility, very good organization, priority management, sense of confidentiality and high level of integrity.
• Ease with office tools (Excel, Word) -
• Mastery of Winbiz (or similar accounting software)
