BESM SA is a human-sized HVAC engineering office based in Granges-près-Marnand. With over 30 years of experience in French-speaking Switzerland, the office designs, plans, and implements technical installations and concepts related to the building and industrial sectors.

In order to strengthen their team and support the development of their activities, we are looking for a:

HES Engineer - HVAC Project Manager 100%

Your mission

• Management of HVAC projects from A to Z
• Elaborate and develop HVAC concepts
• Perform calculations and dimensioning of installations
• Establish cost estimates and quotes
• Ensure global project coordination with clients, architects, companies, and other building trades
• Prepare tender documents
• Plan and monitor the different stages of projects while ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, and costs
• Ensure monitoring of execution works
• Provide your expertise and propose relevant technical solutions adapted to the needs of each project

Your profile

• HES engineering degree with experience in HVAC-MCR (S) building technology
• Approximately 10 years of experience in the HVAC field and in project management
• Excellent mastery of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning techniques
• Good knowledge of building physics
• Good mastery of AutoCAD and Lesosai
• Mastery of Revit is an asset
• Experience in project coordination and ability to work autonomously with various stakeholders
• Initiative and a strong interest in technical developments in the building sector
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, and ability to manage priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create a relationship of trust with clients and partners
• Team spirit and a solution-oriented approach
