A solid and forward-looking employer, Vaudoise is one of the leading insurers in Switzerland. Faithful to its cooperative nature and its values, it encourages the creation of a healthy, inclusive, and inspiring work environment, ideal for developing your talent.

In order to strengthen our General Secretariat Department, which offers high-level legal and compliance services to our internal units, we are looking for an AML Manager & Senior Legal Counsel, between 80 and 100%.

The missions awaiting you:

  • Conduct the required analyses and measures regarding anti-money laundering, particularly in sensitive or complex situations, including the preparation of cases that require it for validation by senior management and the filing of reports to the competent authorities (MROS), when legal conditions are met.
  • Oversee audits and controls related to AML themes, ensure interactions with internal and external control bodies, supervise the implementation of recommendations, and guarantee the follow-up of corrective measures.
  • Provide legal advice and support to business lines, particularly in the context of developing new pension solutions, the drafting and negotiation of contracts with partners and suppliers in such projects, as well as occasionally on legal issues related to non-life personal insurance activities.
  • Ensure regular reporting to the Management and the Audit and Risk Committee regarding AML, by presenting the risks, regulatory developments, compliance indicators, reports on operations for the period under review, and topics requiring special attention from a governance perspective.

Your profile:

  • Master's degree in Swiss law, postgraduate training in AML and/or insurance compliance is an asset
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in managing AML frameworks, preferably in a Swiss insurance company
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Swiss anti-money laundering regulations (OAR-ASA) in insurance with a savings component (Life Insurance and Pension Solutions) and in mortgage loans is essential
  • Native French or German speaker with excellent command of the second language (min. C1 level)
  • Confirmed knowledge of non-life personal insurance as an additional asset
  • Ability to work and deliver autonomously, while demonstrating team spirit

You are also pragmatic, solution-oriented, and comfortable in your contacts with colleagues and external stakeholders

We offer you:

  • A healthy working environment in a mutual company certified "Great Place to Work"
  • Multiple social benefits, including flexibility in work organization
  • Support in development and training
  • Human values centered on employee well-being

We look forward to receiving your complete application file digitally (including curriculum vitae, cover letter, copies of work certificates and diplomas).
