Your profile

• Bachelor HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent or foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Professional experience: at least 2 years full-time (work rate equivalent to 100% in Switzerland) in a specialized psychiatric establishment
• Professional experience in Switzerland: at least 1 year of practice in equivalent conditions
• Listening skills and helping relationship skills
• Ability to be proactive and to position oneself as a partner in network work
• Ability to adapt to change, to function autonomously and to manage complex situations and acute crises
• Driver's license indispensable

• Ensure care and management adapted to people of all ages, in diverse contexts, in collaboration with their entourage
• Participate actively and in a multidisciplinary manner in the organization and follow-up of the care project defined with the client
