At Protylux SA, an industrial SME active in plastic injection for the watchmaking industry, we place quality, rigor, and process mastery at the heart of our activities.

As part of our activity, we are looking for a

Quality Controller (M/F) to strengthen our team

Your missions

Part inspection: perform visual, dimensional, and functional controls in accordance with plans, specifications, and control instructions.

Quality controls: carry out controls upon receipt, during production, and before product release.

Use of measuring equipment: perform measurements using suitable instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, scales, and specific control devices.

Monitoring of measuring equipment: participate in their identification, verification, and metrological monitoring, as well as the maintenance of associated records.

Management of non-conformities: identify and isolate non-conforming products, document discrepancies, and participate in their processing.

Documentation and traceability: fill in control reports and guarantee the reliable recording of results.

Batch file control: verify the presence, conformity, and consistency of required documents and records before validation and release.

Management of reference parts: ensure their identification, monitoring, and archiving.

Continuous improvement: participate in the monitoring of corrective actions and contribute to the improvement of quality processes.

Quality documentation: participate in updating forms, control instructions, and other quality documents.

Profile sought

Technical training or experience in quality control, metrology, or a similar industrial field.

TQ1 training in quality control, an asset.

Good ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications.

Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional control methods.

Comfort with IT tools and document management.

A rigorous, methodical, precise person with a good analytical mind.

Sense of responsibility and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with production.

Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written.
