Head of Investment Department What awaits you? A true expert in investments and pension planning, you will participate, alongside Management, in the development and implementation of the Bank's strategy in this field, while ensuring the steering and development of investment advisory activities. As a member of the management team, you embody the leadership culture promoted within our establishment, ensure the continuous development of your area of expertise, and optimize the processes of your sector. You lead the Investment department, composed of five employees, both technically and humanly, and support your team in achieving its objectives by ensuring an excellent advisory experience for our clientele. Alongside your managerial responsibilities, you manage and develop a portfolio of private clients by providing them with personalized and high-value-added support. You advise them in all dimensions of their wealth situation, particularly regarding investments, global financial planning, pension planning, taxation, wealth transfer, and retirement preparation. Thanks to your knowledge of the regional market and your network, you actively contribute to the acquisition of new clients as well as to the development of the Bank's wealth management business. As a Raiffeisen Ambassador, you actively participate in the promotion of our expertise in wealth advisory and wealth management. You represent our Bank at local and regional events and, with your team, implement actions and events aimed at strengthening our visibility and promoting our skills to our clientele and our partners. What do you bring? * Higher banking or economic education, ideally completed by an SAQ CWMA certification. * Proven experience in investment advisory, wealth management and/or pension planning within a Swiss banking institution. * Successful experience in leading, developing, and supporting a team. * Excellent mastery of themes related to investments, wealth management, pension planning, and global financial planning. * Solid network in the Nyon and La Côte region, combined with a real capacity for business development and new client acquisition. * Strong client orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic vision, and a keen sense of business. * Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive personality, capable of uniting teams around ambitious objectives.
