On behalf of a major player in construction in Suisse romande, we are looking for a CET Project Manager with significant and imperative experience in a General Contractor (Entreprise Générale) on large-scale projects. Strong field experience is paramount: we are looking for a professional with a perfect understanding of execution realities, ideally with particularly solid expertise in thermal and building energy.

Your missions ###

• Manage technical lots on large-scale projects;
• Coordinate, monitor, and challenge consultants, engineering offices, specialized companies, and subcontractors;
• Analyze studies, technical solutions, variants, and proposals and verify their feasibility on the ground;
• Ensure monitoring of execution, costs, deadlines, quality, and performance of installations;
• Participate in calls for tender, analysis of bids, and the choice of technical partners;
• Ensure consistency between studies and real execution constraints;
• Follow issues related to thermal, energy, and building performance;
• Integrate cantonal requirements related to energy, labels, subsidies, and connections;
• Ensure the interface with clients, architects, consultants, and companies.

Profile sought ###

• Higher technical education in the field of HVAC & Energy Engineering
• Mandatory and significant experience in a General Contractor (Entreprise Générale), acquired on large-scale projects;
• Paramount field experience, with real mastery of execution issues and coordination of technical lots;
• Approximately 10 years of experience in construction, including 5 years in Suisse romande;
• Good knowledge of local actors: consultants, subcontractors, architects, and technical companies;
• Ability to analyze, question, and challenge solutions proposed by the different stakeholders;
• Pragmatic, autonomous, and solution-oriented profile, capable of making the link between studies, execution, and project issues.
